"I lived years in constant stress, always pushing to achieve more without knowing how to slow down and enjoy life. This led to burnout, leaving me anxious and lost. 

My journey of finding the flow began with psychology studies, researching mindfulness and emotional skills at the university. 

Inspired by the transformative power of meditation I travelled from Finland to India and Latin America, 


studying holistic wellness with monks, doctors, yogis, nutritionist, dancers, soundhealers, plant medicine and native wisdom keepers for years. 

What healed me from years of symptoms was to discover the flow state of living combining the essence of all the tools that I learned. 

That is why I created Be Flow to share those transformative keys with you with ease.
