I was rushing for years, without knowing how to slow down, relax and truly enjoy the moment. Heartbroken, in pain and finally in burnout, feeling lost and alone, without a clue how to heal.
After years of studying science and ancient wisdom around the world from psychology, emotional skills and mindfulness to gut health and traditional healing,
I finally found the keys to heal myself and live in the flow. That is why my passion is to make life filled with health, peace, pleasure and purpose easier for others.
