I am Kiia Taika from Finland and happy you have found your way here.


I am Social Psychologist specialised in Holistic Wellbeing, Mindfulness Meditation and Relationships.


I believe we all deserve to feel amazing in our daily lives. 

This is why I am here to share an easy access to embody all those keys that truly changed my life.

Many of us have learned to believe that stress, pain and suffering are normal part of life but this is not true. Our bodies and minds have a tremendous capacity to heal when we tap into the flow.


With the insights and practices of Be Flow Challenge I healed myself from years of 

... stress, anxiety, panic attacks, emotional unstability, 

heart and back pains, difficulty to breathe, digestion issues,

 vulvodynia, womb pains, skin problems, fear of death, toxic relationship patterns ... 

And with the flow mindset I also made my dreams into reality.


And I am not the only one. 


It is all connected. 

When something in our life is not aligned with our true essence our emotions and body will be creating symptoms to show us how to get where we should be.

When I discovered the science proved health benefits of Mindfulness Meditation researching them at university I started to practice daily. 

With Mindfulness I finally started to breathe, be present, heal and love myself

I left to a journey to the roots of meditation in India and finally moved to Latin America to learn from the ancient indigenous wisdom.

Combining my background in psychology and mindfulness research with traditions of meditation, yoga, breathwork, tantra, elemental and ancient wisdom 

I discovered keys to the flow state


Flow is the natural state of your being 


That is why so many have healed and found themselves thriving simply by learning to access this flow state consciously.
